your running background and targets. Following that, I will then devise a tailored training plan for you, suitable for your current running level and the duration you have selected.

The plan will offer a variety of running methods each week including easy paced runs & interval sessions for example. The interval (reps) session will be the primary type of session that will be coached by me 1-2-1, allowing you do to your easier paced jogs in your own time on days of your choosing.
Even though the primary aim of these plans is often to achieve a PB in a certain distance, runners may view their improvement in other ways such as increasing the distance they are able to run, or feeling that they are now ready to compete well in an event they have entered.
improve your run

This is the standard program on offer and is aimed at those who are looking to improve their running in the most common distances. For example: Parkrun (or 5K), 10K, Half Marathon or the Marathon.

improve your run UNIFORMED services

This program is aimed at those who are currently part of one of the Uniformed Services, or are hoping to join in the near future. Examples of The Uniformed Services are the Army, Police and Fire Service.

There are various fitness tests that need to be taken as part of entry requirements, or annually for serving members of these organisations, and this training plan is designed to help you succeed in them. For example the Bleep Test or 2K Run (Army SCR).​​
improve your run advanced

This program is intended for those who are at a strong standard already but want to achieve a PB in a specific event. For example you may be a sub 19 or sub 20 minute 5K runner and wish to improve further.

You may already be running with an existing running group/club but feel you need a specific tailored plan with a 1-2-1 approach which will help you get that PB, or get to the next level.​​
improve your run for sport

This program is aimed at those who take part in Sports and feel that they need to improve their fitness for a specific Sport such as Football, Rugby or Tennis.

The specific plan and sessions can be tailored to your sport and will focus on a variety of different training methods, including things like sprinting, agility drills and general endurance runs. Some sessions may be done on a Football Pitch using cones.​​
