I recently completed a 12 week programme with Greg and it’s made a huge difference to my running capability and confidence. Greg made a tailored plan, which aimed to get me from 5k (max I’ve ever completed) to 10k, in time for my first 10k race.
The training plan and sessions hugely helped me to consistently improve - I’ve achieved two PBs at parkrun (shaving off over 2 mins!) and ran my first ever 10k in 55 minutes (I was aiming for under an hour). Greg’s a great motivator and has encouraged me to push myself outside of my comfort zone, I don’t think I would have got to 10k without his coaching and support. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed the experience which has made me fall in love with running again! Greg was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole plan. I achieved my aim of getting my 5k time under 25mins and am now comfortably able to run 10k, which was definitely not a possibility for me before starting the training plan!
My 5k/Parkrun time improved from 26.13 down to 23.51 which I was extremely happy with! The mix of individually catered sessions, combined with expert tips around all aspects of running and motivational quotes all added to a brilliant experience and has me feel much fitter! Would highly recommend!

Having been quite inactive for a few years I didn't think I would ever feel good running again but the 6 week plan I did with Greg dramatically improved my confidence running.
The plan involved 2 sessions a week, one by myself and one with Greg which was usually interval training and the targets set by Greg were challenging but attainable.
Prior to this I had never run a 10km before but the week after finishing the training program I completed 10km for the first time in under an hour. This has given me the confidence to enter the half marathon this year. I would definitely recommend Improve Your Run to anybody looking to get into running!
