Sessions

Coaching Sessions
The main sessions I coach are 1-2-1 interval/reps sessions which I do in a variety of outdoor locations, but commonly in Public Parks, on the Track or on Roadside Pavements.
All of my 1‑2‑1 and group sessions include a warm‑up, a main training block, and a cool‑down. In total, sessions typically last 40–60 minutes, depending on the focus for that day.
