COACHING SESSIONS

The main sessions I coach are 1-2-1 interval/reps sessions which I do in a variety of outdoor locations, but commonly in Public Parks or Roadside Pavements. 

​

​The training sessions will always include a warm up and cool down, with a main session in between. Depending on the type of session, they often last between 35 - 55 mins in total.

​
