Also note that the sessions are subject to track availability as sometimes it is booked out for various events. The whatsapp group will communicate whether the sessions are going ahead a week in advance.

What to expect in sessions:

Interval reps - e.g 400m reps with 1 min rest between

Continuous runs - e.g run for 3 mins, slow jog recovery for 90 secs
-
Group runs at a specific target pace
*Note: The sessions will be tailored to suit different abilities so that all runners get the most out of the sessions.
