Target: To be able to run her first 10K and improve on her Parkrun time

I recently completed a 12 week programme with Greg and it’s made a huge difference to my running capability and confidence. Greg made a tailored plan, which aimed to get me from 5k (max I’ve ever completed) to 10k, in time for my first 10k race.
The training plan and sessions hugely helped me to consistently improve - I’ve achieved two PBs at parkrun (shaving off over 2 mins!) and ran my first ever 10k in 55 minutes (I was aiming for under an hour). Greg’s a great motivator and has encouraged me to push myself outside of my comfort zone, I don’t think I would have got to 10k without his coaching and support. Thank you!!

Target: To get faster in events to achieve PBs at 5K, 10K and Half Marathon
I've been happily running for years but with no real aims or direction. I approached Greg in January and the difference has been transformational. The tailor made programmes have been varied and fun, and I've been pushed into times and paces I never knew were possible.

Target: Work on improving pace in sessions and other runs
I've been running on and off for about 15 years, but I wanted help to improve my pace after a few years of steady decline.
Greg has helped me to achieve exactly that. Working with a training plan that suits my commitments, Greg has given me encouragement and practical techniques to improve my running in a way that I couldn't have done alone. I've gained the skills and confidence to incorporate hill reps and pace work into my training, and I feel empowered to carry that on when my one to one sessions come to an end.

Target: To overcome injuries to be able to complete the 10K and Half Marathon
Greg was a great help creating a custom running plan to help me train for my first 10km race and overcome some long term injury struggles. Through my sessions with Greg I improved my running form and confidence and completed 2 10km races and Manchester half marathon, getting personal best times in each. Target: To pass the 2.4K run for the RAF Fitness Test
Before working with Greg, I had absolutely no confidence in running and genuinely hated it. However, throughout my training with him, both I and others noticed a huge improvement in my confidence and running ability.
When I first started, I could barely run 300 metres without stopping. Now, I have passed my RAF 2.4 km fitness test with no issues at all. I am incredibly proud of how far I’ve come and very grateful for Greg’s support.
