The plan will offer a variety of running methods each week including easy paced runs & interval sessions for example. The interval (reps) session will be the primary type of session that will be coached by me 1-2-1, allowing you do to your easier paced jogs in your own time on days of your choosing.
Even though the primary aim of these plans is often to achieve a PB in a certain distance, runners may view their improvement in other ways such as increasing the distance they are able to run, or feeling that they are now ready to compete well in an event they have entered.

This 10‑week premium coaching programme gives you the fastest, most supported route to a genuine Parkrun breakthrough. With two 1‑to‑1 sessions each week, personalised training, and consistent guidance, you’ll have a clear plan to follow and the support to stay on track.
