As a Manchester-based running coach specialising in 5K and Parkrun performance, I help runners get faster, build confidence, and stay consistent with personalised coaching and supportive accountability.
 

​Parkrun is an amazing community, but improving your 5K takes more than just showing up each week. My coaching gives you a personalised approach that builds momentum, confidence, and helps you to make measurable improvements throughout the training period.

How I Can Improve Your Parkrun.

My Improve Your Parkrun Premium Programme is a focused, 10‑week fast‑track package designed to give you the best chance of meaningful progress. It includes two 1‑to‑1 sessions each week, alongside a personalised training plan and specific parkrun support including the option for me to pace you at parkrun.
